(Jazz, Classical, Song & Dance, Contemporary, Lyrical, Character & Broadway)
Our performance troupe classes encourages confidence, commitment and teamwork. Students in these classes learn a number of different dances in all styles of dance (Jazz, Classical, Character, Contemporary, Singing and Theatrical). The school performs these dances in competitions throughout the year, as well as at the end of year concert.
Students wanting to be in these performance troupe classes must also attend. technique class from under 8 group and above. From under 10 group and above, a technique class and at least one classical class each week is required.
These classes are necessary as they form the basic technique, which are taught in the troupe routines. Students wishing to be in the performance troupe should be committed as well as having a good team ethic. (extra lessons may be required before performances, but plenty of notice will be given for these)
In these classes, we concentrate on technique, flexibility and other skills that will be used in performance troupes.
Tap Performance Troupe Classes
